We take your safety seriously and work tirelessly to keep our platform free from harmful content and behavior.

Underage Users (18+ Only)

Let's be clear: our platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. To enforce this, we use a combination of AI-powered moderation and a dedicated human review team:

· Sign-up age confirmation — every user must confirm they are 18+ before account creation.

· AI moderation — automated systems continuously scan profile photos, video streams and text messages to detect signals that a user may be underage.

· Human review — flagged accounts are reviewed by trained safety moderators 24/7. Accounts confirmed or strongly suspected to belong to minors are immediately suspended.

· Community reporting — any user can report a suspected minor; we aim to review and act on reports within 24 hours.

If you are under 18, please do not use our Service. If you are aware of a minor using or being exposed to our Platform, please report it immediately to vip@zeechat.net. Violations of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Safety

Your safety is our top priority. We've put in place strict rules to ensure that our community remains a safe space for everyone. From preventing violent behavior to cracking down on adult content, we're committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Violent and Hateful Behaviour

Hate has no home here. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that promotes violence or hatred. Our community is built on respect and acceptance, and we'll do whatever it takes to uphold those values.

Adult-themed Content

We believe in creating a space where everyone feels comfortable connecting. That's why we have strict rules against any adult-themed content. Whether it's nudity or explicit language, you won't find it here.

Bullying & Harassment

We're all about building each other up, not tearing each other down. Bullying and harassment have no place in our community. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Child Safety & CSAM Reporting

When it comes to children, there's no room for compromise. Our platform is strictly off-limits to minors, and we have stringent measures in place to enforce this rule. Your safety—and the safety of our community—is our top priority.

We have zero tolerance for any content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors. Our AI moderation systems are tuned to detect and immediately remove such content, and our human safety team reviews escalations 24/7. We cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities, and we report any confirmed CSAM in accordance with applicable law.

To report suspected child exploitation on our Platform, email vip@zeechat.net. We aim to review such reports within 24 hours.

Suicide & Self-Harm

Your well-being is important to us. That's why we don't tolerate any content that promotes self-harm or suicide. If you're struggling, we encourage you to reach out for help. You're not alone.

Illegal or Criminal Activities

We are committed to keeping our platform free from illegal activities. Whether it's criminal behavior or solicitation, we have zero tolerance for anything that puts our community at risk.

Private Information

Privacy matters. That's why we are committed to protecting your personal information. From government IDs to financial data, we take your privacy seriously. Do not post, upload, stream or share content that contains personal data or personally identifiable information (PII).

Integrity

Authenticity is everything to us. We have strict rules in place to ensure that our community remains genuine and transparent. We believe in building trust, one interaction at a time.

Photos, Shares, and Video Streaming Guidelines

We believe in creating a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing. That's why we have guidelines in place to ensure that our platform remains a safe and respectful environment for all.

Reporting & Response Time

You can report any violation of these Guidelines via the in-app report button or by emailing vip@zeechat.net. Our safety team aims to:

· Acknowledge urgent reports (CSAM, imminent harm, illegal activity) within 24 hours.

· Review and act on standard reports (harassment, spam, inappropriate content) within 72 hours.

· Apply enforcement actions ranging from content removal, warning, temporary suspension, to permanent ban depending on severity.
